Fang Jun said that the Ministry of Education attached great importance to the role of vocational education and promoted practical cooperation between Chinese and foreign vocational education through "bringing in" and "going out". Taking Europe as an example, by building a dual platform for the integration of production and education between China and Europe, we have carried out in-depth cooperation with leading European enterprises in the industry, such as Bosch, Siemens, Schneider Electric, focusing on the construction of training centers and talent cultivation around automobiles, information technology, high-end equipment, new energy, and intelligent manufacturing. On the other hand, actively support vocational colleges to "go global" and contribute Chinese wisdom. Qin Changwei believes that three things should be done to promote the reform of vocational education: first, make good use of the needs, and grasp the new skills demand brought by the changing world, changing technology and changing youth. Yue Yanghua, director of the Center for Contemporary World Studies of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, said that the community with a shared future for mankind has become a distinctive banner of the direction of mankind. Against this background, it is particularly important to adhere to the principle of joint consultation, joint construction and sharing, extensively participate in the "the Belt and Road" international cooperation platform, and provide Chinese solutions and Chinese wisdom for global governance. Chang Jin, secretary of the China Development Research Foundation, said that in recent years, China's vocational education has made gratifying achievements, with about 58 million highly skilled talents, accounting for nearly 30% of the total number of skilled talents. In view of the inadequate development of regional vocational education, the China Development Research Foundation has carried out social experiments and research projects in Sichuan, Guizhou and other places to explore ways to improve the level of human capital in the local areas and provide demonstration models for other regions. The Foundation will work with partners from the education sector, enterprises, social organizations and other parties to jointly participate in the training of new skilled personnel and the exploration of the development model of vocational education.
