Digital Arts College has three majors, namely product art design, animation production technology, and electronic sports and management. Among them, product art design and animation production technology were jointly developed with Wuhan Central Group. At present, the total number of cooperative students has reached 1066, which is one of the second level colleges with the largest number of students who have jointly built majors between schools and enterprises. With the goal of deepening the integration of industry and education and win-win cooperation, both schools and enterprises adhere to the "nine commonalities" in talent training, such as joint research on professional settings, joint design of talent training programs, joint development of courses, joint development of textbooks, joint formation of teaching teams, joint construction of practical training and practice platforms, joint formulation of talent training quality standards, joint assessment of teaching effects, and joint development of employment and entrepreneurship education. In 2021, with the active promotion and implementation of both schools and enterprises, the cooperative majors have made remarkable achievements in student internship and employment, professional curriculum teaching, student management, professional practice, student skills competition and other fields.

First of all, Meng Junbai demonstrated through PPT and reported to the leaders of the Academy of Digital Arts on the professional co construction of Wuhan Central Group in 2021. It includes the general situation of cooperation, student internship and employment, daily teaching management, student work, teaching practice, care and encouragement, teacher training, deficiencies and ideas for the next step. Through data comparison, chart analysis and other forms, this paper analyzes and eva luates the achievements of the enterprise in the talent training work in the past year from multiple perspectives, shows its exploration in the standardized management and construction of school enterprise cooperation talent training, and prints a detailed annual "achievement list".

Ye Jun said in the exchange and discussion link that in the process of daily teaching work, the teaching teams of both sides should strengthen docking and communication. In 2021, two exchanges of teachers' teaching skills were held, and students' skills competitions were jointly held, which achieved very good results. In the future, similar exchanges and cooperation should be strengthened. At the same time, it is also hoped that the enterprise side teachers should strengthen the teaching business standards and professional skills, so as to better connect with the operation of school teaching management.


Huang Hengshi stressed that the specialty jointly built by schools and enterprises is a deep level project in the hierarchical management of school enterprise cooperation projects. It has the characteristics of a long cooperation period, enterprises' participation in the whole process of talent training, and large resource investment. In order to promote the sustainability and coordination of the cooperation between schools and enterprises, we must first improve the cooperation and communication mechanism, give full play to the functions of the school enterprise cooperation working group of the secondary college, and achieve the docking at all levels. Secondly, we should pay attention to planning, communication, summary and publicity, implement the specific goals and tasks of each link, and actively show the results of bilateral cooperation to the society. The third is to do a good job in the employment work of the first batch of 2022 graduates of the two sides, and start the first shot of employment work.

At the meeting, Zeng Haiwen affirmed the efforts made by the enterprise in the past year, praised the standardized and standardized management implemented by the enterprise, and put forward several expectations for future cooperation. First, it is hoped that the cooperation between the two sides can be further improved to prepare for the joint construction of the Industrial College; Second, we should further improve the quality of cooperation, take the "five modernizations" of teaching project, project work, work assignment, work product and product commercialization as the guidance and direction of teaching reform and innovation, and deepen the reform of talent training mode; Third, we should give full play to the advantages of enterprises in connecting industries and industries, vigorously expand the resources of school enterprise cooperation, actively build a number of school enterprise cooperation training, internship and employment bases, and promote the development of industry education integration; Fourth, we should pay close attention to the implementation of the agreed investment in teaching resources, including the construction of specialized training rooms, the introduction of enterprise productive projects, and the provision of excellent teachers in the industry.
